Lesstor Lifetime Warranty
Lesstor Lifetime Warranty is a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation and is valid for the life of the part. Lesstor reserves the right to either repair or replace merchandise covered by warranty. Lesstor Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or catastrophic events.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated on the following variables:
- Items Ordered + Quantity
- Total Weight of Items
- Residential Deliveries
Shipping will be applied only once for your entire order. A signature is required for all deliveries. If you need to make arrangements for delivery without a signature, contact Lesstor at 954-658-7600. We are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries that bypass the required signature process.
When does my order ship?
Due to the size, weight, and freight forwarding requirements, typical timelines range from 2 – 3 weeks from the moment we receive the order, process it, build it out, package, and ship to you. Residential shipments may take longer.
If you order multiple items, the availability for each of those items may vary, and your items may be processed and shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
When will my order arrive?
In calculating estimated order arrival, consider only business days (Saturday, Sunday, or holidays are not shipping days). We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee our carriers’ performance against unexpected delays, especially during the busy holiday shipping season.
What are my shipping options?
Due to the size and weight of the product, we drop ship by freight carrier for each order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives in damaged condition, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Many components for our storage systems are custom made for each order. Therefore there will be a 25% restocking fee, even if the order is cancelled prior to shipping with no exceptions. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any unused returns. There will be no returns on equipment which has been used.
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to any disputes or claims are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Florida. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
